How long will it take to get my order?
We process orders within 1β3 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic transit usually takes 5β7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Can I cancel my order?
Standard orders can be canceled before they are shipped. For Pre-Orders, please refer to our Pre-sale Info page regarding the 48-hour cancellation window.

Are your hobby boxes searched or weighed?
Absolutely not. We take pride in our reputation. All sealed products come directly from authorized distributors or verified sources and remain untampered until they reach your hands.
Do you buy individual cards (Singles)?
Yes! We are always looking to add to the Ogreβs hoard. Please bring your cards to our Columbus location at 4258 N High St for an evaluation. We do not give quotes over the phone or via email without seeing the condition in person.
What is the difference between a Retail Box and a Hobby Box?
Hobby Boxes (which we specialize in) typically offer better "hit" rates, including guaranteed autographs, memorabilia cards, or exclusive parallels that you won't find in standard retail store packs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay both online and in-store.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original, unopened condition (including intact shrink-wrap). Note: Once a pack or hobby box is opened, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
